While we endeavor to continue to offer telephone, email, live chat, ticket and WhatsApp support during this time, there are some scenarios where this is not possible.
We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone across the globe, but we will continue to provide the highest quality of service we can.
We are all currently remotely from home and have been for many years now. As a small business we don’t have large teams of people, so at times customer response times may be impacted. Some issues may be out of our control as we rely on some 3rd party suppliers, but we ensure to manage expectations and solve problems as quickly as possible.
Our data centers continue to run at full capacity and are monitored 24/7. We will continue to provision Shared Hosting, Virtual Private Servers, Dedicated Servers, IT Security (such as SSL Certificates, and continue to manage and service our MSP Contracted clients.
All our Control Panel services will remain available outside of any planned maintenance.
